And they’re still proudly independent which means they are free to focus on what matters most - to their consumers, customers and team. 

The relationship with Suffolk and the East of England is fundamental to what they make, and how they make it. The majority of barley is locally grown from the extraordinary Holkham estate, one of the UK’s most pioneering and sustainable rural estates. From 2022 all their beers contain British hops. And if you try a product containing rye, it most likely came from Jonathan Adnams’ family farm, a few miles up the road.
