Adnams has been crafting beers and spirits in Southwold since 1872. They are an independent, family-owned business with a turnover of c£70 million and a listing on the Aquis exchange. Proud of their reputation as a premium quality brewer and distiller of award-winning brands, they sell through on- and off-trade channels within the UK and export to more than 20 countries globally. Beyond brewing and distilling, they operate retail stores, pubs, and hotels, all with a focus on sustainability, quality, and community. As they embark on a journey to revitalise the business and return to lasting profitability, they are seeking a commercially minded CFO to join the board.
